Track & Trace

In accordance with the Scottish Government's Track & Trace system, we will take a note of contact details from guests when they arrive. (For information on our data collection policy, click here)

Bookings / Reservations

Bookings are currently available online at www.insomniabar.com/book.

Booking Policy

All standard bookings are allocated a booking time limit. Wherever possible, we will allow customers as long as they'd like at their table, however during times where we have back to back bookings, such as at weekends, we respectfully ask our customers to respect this time policy, to allow others to enjoy Insomnia. The time limit is 90 minutes unless otherwise stated.

Hogmanay Bookings (Dec 31st)

Bookings for Hogmanay are subject to a £10 per guest non-refundable deposit. Table bookings for Hogmanay are allocated a 2-hour seating time.

Late Arrivals

Running Late? We will hold your table for 15 minutes while we try to contact you by phone. If we cannot get in touch with you, the table will be released after 15 minutes.

Service Charge

Insomnia charges a 10% service charge on tables of 6 or more guests. This is passed directly to the team who look after you during your visit.

By completing a booking with us, you are agreeing to the full terms and conditions listed.

Business Hours

We reserve the right to make adjustments to our normal hours of business from time to time. We will always endeavour to notify our customers via our website and social media channels with as much notice as possible.
